  • Capacity: 2.2 MG
  • Liquid Depth: 117'

  • Purpose: The City of Green Bay, WI required 2 digester tanks as part of its wastewater treatment plant. DN Tanks was hired as the Subcontractor on this job responsible for the structural design of the tanks super-structure and substructure, which included a deep foundation system and post tensioning of the modified hopper floor. Managing this construction site, with limited space, on an active plant required intricate communications and planning amongst the design build partners. This project required below grade pipe, deep pile foundation, metal cover with launder, elevated sloped hopper floor and more. Understanding the intricacies of this project was one element, but having the skilled labor and support systems in place to manage this construction process was a key factor in the decision to choose DN Tanks.
